My New WordPress Theme – WP-Genius
Hello! … I am excited to get back blogging after a long rest I took 
Thanks to all my readers who kept commenting even to my old posts, and that what encourage me to start posting regularly as before.
You all sure noticed my new blog design that I am using now. Would appreciate to hear your opinion about it… whatever you think,… liked it?,… think that my old design was better,… any ideas,… and what you liked more, and what you disliked about it, etc…

My new theme is WP-Genius from the amazing collection of Solostream Themes.
I found it to be great with what I totally need for my blog, I just love it, and after small modifications I came out with what you see I am using now.

I’m looking to build a Website that allows people to post comments. I just want the comments to post on the main page–with a box where people can submit something for the site.
I notice that the default theme has lots of php files. Do I need them if my site will have no blog and will just be static html pages? I am new to php so only know what it stands for.
@police equipment, it should be fairly easy to setup within the wordpress options. I hope that helps.

I’ve got this theme too on my new website done in WordPress 2.8.5 in italian tongue. I need to know how I can insert this plugIn on the site … How can I insert the featured posts? And how Can I insert the thumbnail on my posts on this theme? I can’t understand becaause I’m a newbie of this right now!

I like the theme, very clean and professional design. You dont have to many elements going on so it doesnt appear cluttered. I hate blogs where it looks like they just installed every plugin and widget imaginable lol.

As this is my first time to purchase a premium theme, i would like to know if i’m allowed to customize the theme i purchased even if it’s not the developer edition. by customize i only mean colors, background image/color, icons, fonts, etc.

I started my blog on worpress.com but decided to move it to godaddy.com for hosting. I found a new theme that I uploaded, but I can’t seem to apply it because my admin dashboard is on wordpress.com and only wordpress.org allows you to add themes. Can you please advise on what I need to do to be able to apply my uploaded theme? How do I move to wordpress.org? Is that what I have to do?

Most of the premium themes out there cost more than $50. I only have a small budget. If anyone can show me where to get cheap premium WordPress theme, it would be appreciated.

Then inside your host control panel, you need to install wordpress, usually only one click will install the wordpress on your domain. Thanks….
I really like this theme as the whole look is very classy and stylish. And the shade of pink in the background is just perfect and easy on the eyes while being delicately pretty as well.
I am wondering if anyone knows a easy but good method for creating my own WordPress theme? I am not too good with HTML or anything like that.
Probably should plan to hire a company or a freelance WordPress developer to help you.

Take the default theme and copy/rename it to something else. then start tweaking it. Use style.css inside the theme for your styling…
If your not good with html its going to be difficult. A theme is basically a bunch of html code blocks broken up into different files. Its best to design the theme outside of WordPress, then move it into the wordpress template..
I want to keep my regular sub pages on my site (example: my site.php portfolio.php,) but I want to use word press as well for the theme and use my own sub pages instead of the word press pages. How do I use my word press theme on my regular sub pages?

In my dashboard when I click the appearance function, my themes show as blank squares with a little red “x” in the upper left corner. My tool bar does the same thing when logged in under wp admin. Spell check, etc. are all blank.Thanks
i thought this group was supposed to be BARGAIN HUNTERS…. I’m not really seeing hardly ANYTHING about bargains.??
It’s actually more about tips on making money online. I guess that could be considered a bargain in some ways but definitely not about finding bargains in the traditional sense.

This theme is loved at first sight .It is a ready to use blogging theme .You do not need to customize it much .

Yes, many people including me are getting very bored of this theme. Since I officially launched my tech blog, I have only had 3 themes, including this one. I am very picky when I am looking for a new theme, I look for many things. I look for simplicity, menu support, and I also look for the option where you can set your blog post’s so it says: “Read More” to continue reading the blog post..

To get more relevant ads, choose your keywords carefully and spread them throughout your articles. Make sure the primary keywords are in the title, first and last paragraphs.

Where is your blog running? From your computer? From a hosting site? Upload the theme (the whole folder) to the computer the blog is running on, to the themes folder in WordPress. Then choose that theme in the WordPress control panel.

Now a days all most all web site designers use WordPress themes to design their sites and i am also one of them.
Funny, I just made a comment about how much I liked the layout of your new site, and I even said I wasn’t sure where to post the compliment. And now, I find the perfect spot! I *really* like the layout of your website! Especially the way you’ve designed your logo and how it contrasts with the background perfectly — a visitor knows right away this website is about marketing, and right away, gets the impression you know what you’re doing because everything is so tidy!
