Are E-Books Sold Online Scams?

As we are all searching for more ways to make money online, online marketing tips, seo marketing, how to increase our website’s traffic, etc… I am sure most of you came through the various e-books sold online for such purpose.

So Are These E-books Useful?

Well, most big online marketers and webmasters would tell you not to fall for theses e-books, and that the only one benefiting from those e-books is the e-book’s author “seller”, who is making millions from selling that e-book!

I remember years ago when I first started online business, … That time I got no idea about how to make money online, and the the different ways to do so, online marketing, etc… If you just remember with me when you first started too, I mean the very beginning, when you knew that money could be made online, but got no idea how!

At that time I new nothing about: online marketing, money making programs, the different ways to make money online, how to get a website, domain names, hosting, seo, etc… even google adsense still got no clue about it!

So as any new one who wants to make money online, I searched a lot, and read a lot of websites. I really fell that it took me more than an year to get all the info. I know now, and to be informed with the different ways to make money online + online marketing strategies. After that I bought some e-books that claimed to teach about some of the points I wanted to learn more, or if their is something I am missing on them. Most of these e-books didn’t have any more informations than the ones I already knew (through that whole year!)….While some of them added some ideas/tips to me.

Well, What I Am Trying To Say Is That….

…if I got those e-books the first day that I thought of learning how to make money online, just 3 or 4 of them and read them carefully, I would have gained all the info. I gained that whole year…BUT in less than a month! or even a week (if I had time).

So most of these e-books are useful, But when they are given to you at the right time…and when they are given to the right person (depending on his/her level of knowledge).

How To Know If It Is The Right E-book For You?

• If it covers marketing tips/informations/strategies/steps, about a point that you lack info. of.
• If it was about a point that you know, but aren’t getting results from what you are implementing now.
• If it was talking about a new thing you never heard of before, or how to use/do it.

Things You Should Know About The E-book Before Purchasing:

• You should read carefully what the e-book is covering to make sure it is what you want.
• If the e-book is about something you already know but need more info./tips about, then make sure that it is mentioned on it something like “details” or “not for newbies” or “advanced” etc..
• If the e-book is about something you know nothing about, then make sure that it is mentioned on it something like “details from the beginning” or “from the first step” or “for newbies” or “take you step by step” etc…

Last Thing To Say…. Always search for reviews about the e-book before purchasing it, to make sure it is what you need.
