How To Enter The HubLove Contest?

1. Create a HubPages account, if you don’t have one. It costs nothing, and only takes a minute. And you only have to do it once!
2. Find out the day’s topic. Look for a link to the day’s clue in the table (found at their site when you join). If the clue hasn’t been solved yet, try to figure out the clue and leave it as a comment–if you’re the first participant to do so, you win a bonus. (Only one guess per day per eligible entrant is allowed, so guess carefully! No do-overs!)
3. Publish new, original Hubs, before noon PT the next day, on that topic. You MUST include a tag on that exact topic (be careful you don’t make a typo, or write a variant of the word instead), it MUST be a minimum of 300 words and completely original, and it MUST be truly related to the topic (and not only vaguely-related to the topic). Every eligible Hub, up to a maximum of 10 per day, published on the right topic, with the right tag, before noon PST the next day, will earn towards your point tally. In addition, each day the best-quality Hub on the topic will be selected, and will win a point bonus.

An ongoing tally of points and a leaderboard will be updated at their site daily.

What Can You Win?

There will be one winner: the eligible entrant with the highest number of points at the end of the contest period. Any tie will be broken by HubScore at 12 noon PT on March 15, 2008.
