Need A WordPress Plugin – Request It For Free

Is there a specific function that you whished could be made at your wordpress blog, a wordpress plugin that you feel will make some changes at your blog, make things easier, etc…

BlueFur blog is offering a wordPress plugin request. They have built several wordpress plugins and modified some. So now they are creating a weekly call out for WordPress Plugin Requests.

So Do You Have Any WordPress Plugin Requests?

They will make a weekly ask for anyone who have any plugin requests, and tell you at which time you can post your requests. You will only need to explain the plugin in a comment. They will then look at the various plugins and decided on one to work on. All the plugins will be GNU licensed that they build.

I can’t get enough wordpress plugins….I can’t keep up with all the latest releases and updates. It’s almost overwhelming.

  2. I agree with you MCSE. With all the options out there, I find it hard to think of any others I might need!

  3. Dawn says:

Unless some plug-in can magical turn every theme I find into a 4 or 5 column theme, I’m afraid I don’t know either!

Except maybe a better functioning plug-in to tie all your messenger accounts into a widget so your readers could contact you in some way other than email and comments.

  6. peraduanku says:

daniele, i think it based on what features that you would like to have in your blog. They will find the best plugin that will fit your request. Eg. You want your banner ads to rotate – most fit plugin adrotator.

  7. danielepach says:

    ok thanks Peraduanku

AAAAAAAAAA. If only I’m good in programming or making script just like WordPress Plugin, i’ll definitely make one but too bad I don’t know how. Anyways, I really like WordPress plugins, it makes your WordPress blogplatform more interactive because of the plugin features. Thanks for this info, I’ll request one if I have any idea.

    Hi,

Looks like this one is cool but they do not integrate with WP yet and maybe possible to integrate as a plugin?

First, the user would create tags manually within the admin panel. Then, every time a new post is made the plugin would automatically add/assign only the tags previously created AND appear in the title of the post, to the post….and a check box option to assign tags to the post that are found in the title, the post content, or both!

That way you have total control over the tagging of your posts. Just create tons of keyword tags relevant to your blogs topic/niche/market and let the plugin do the rest.

Need it compatible with WP 2.5.1, please?

That’s pretty awesome what BlueFur blog is offering, makes perfect sense from his point and the point of us the users of it :D

    Till then,

    Jean

  15. It is very kind of Bluefur blog to offer something like that, that’s for sure. I could use a few new plugins myself.

  16. Kaitora says:

There are plenty of options for plugins out there, but sometimes a custom one is required, or a simpler one than any premium ones available. I also code plugins, though to date, I have only submitted two to the WordPress SVN. Sometimes it takes suggestions to give us inspiration and ideas for further plugins

  17. Alex says:

The say wordpress.com does not allow plugins like wordpress.org. I’m a photographer and I was thinking of getting my own domain bukoolphotography.com from wordpress but now I’m hesitant because I want to put a flash plugin to display my pictures. Is there a possible way to put flash content on wordpress.com?

  18. Gregg says:

It would be great if there was a plugin that would store the url that the user came from to find your website and then add it to the wordpress emails for comments or contact forms, that way you would be able to see what keywords or links are bringing you the actual business. It would be a pretty easy plugin to make also.
