Milions of webmasters want to be on the first page and this is mission impossible. There is only few places on the first page and the others are page2,3… Some companies are offering places on the page 1. And they send a letter to 10 000 people. How 10 000 people can get page no one? Dont trust them.

I think optimizing pages is good but buying ads from Google works much better and real seo specialist cannot ignore. You not need to optimise pages, change and improve content, build network – nothing. Just go and pay google will list your page on the top.
