I've not had any problems with their other products. There is one thing you should be aware of based on my recent experience. You should not be surprised if colors are not quite right when working from a photograph. Out of 3 photographs I used for post card 2 had colors that were lighter and less vivid that the original photos. I'm assuming there is some image processing software that over corrects the photos. The is fair (inexpensive), but the photo quality is disappointing. Don't expect art quality cards. I ordered post cards from Vista print. I’ve not had any problems with their other products.
